Missouri Petroleum manufactures cutback asphalts and distributes asphalt cements from its Woodson Yard location. The Woodson Yard facility is located in Overland, Missouri near the intersection of Page and 170. (Click here for a map.) Products are available for pickup by appointment Monday through Friday. Most products can also be delivered to your location. Call Missouri Petroleum Dispatch to schedule a pickup or delivery at 314-991-2180, extension 226.

Cutbacks manufactured at the Woodson Yard location include MC30 (used for prime), MC250, MC800, and MC3000 (used for chipseal and coldmix.) We also supply RC70 (used for prime and waterproofing) at this location that is manufactured by an outside partner. SC3000 (used for chipseal) is available and is manufactured and supplied from another location by an outside partner. We can also have AC5, AC10, and AC20. We have the state of the art AC15-5TR (hot applied chip seal binder.)

The Woodson yard is your location for other road maintenance products. We have UPM high performance coldmix that is available in bulk or by the bag. Calcium Chloride (used for dust control or de-icing) is available for pickup or delivery. We have a wide variety of crack fill products including Kold-Flo, Tru-Guard, Flex-Crac, Trowel Flex, and Durafill (1190, 3405, and HS). Fabric, geotextile, and erosion control products are also available at this location.

Bi-State Emulsions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Missouri Petroleum. Bi-State manufactures a wide variety of asphalt emulsions and EnduraSeal driveway sealer. The plant is centrally located in Maplewood, Missouri near the intersection of Big Bend and Manchester Road. (Click here for a map.) The plant has been in continuous operation since 1943. Missouri Petroleum bought the plant from Chevron Oil in 1981.

Most of Bi-State’s products are available for bulk pick up from midnight to 4:00pm Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 3:30pm on Saturday. These times are applicable from May to September. The heart of Bi-State’s emulsion manufacturing is its high performance Charlotte Mill. The mill forces oil and water to coexist for a predetermined time in an emulsified state. The Charlotte Mill is known throughout the industry for its flexibility and accuracy in producing a wide variety of emulsions. Bi-State manufactures SS1-H for tack coating and waterproofing. CRS-2, HFRS-2, HFE&EA 90/150/300/PEA are produced for use in chipseal. Some of these products are also used for cold mix. CSS-1H is manufactured for use in a rapid setting Slurry Seal. Slurry Seal matches many of the benefits of Microsurfacing at a lower per square yard cost. CRS-2P is also available, but is manufactured through a partner at another location.

Bi-State also manufactures EnduraSeal driveway sealer. EnduraSeal is a tar-based sealer known for its deep black color and its workability. EnduraSeal is sold in three varieties. EnduraSeal Heavy is a concentrated product that should be diluted with water before it is applied. The concentrated form is more cost effective for shipping and some customers prefer to dilute the product themselves. EnduraSeal regular is already blended with water and is ready to apply. EnduraSeal Sand is ready to apply and is blended with sand to provide additional finished product traction.
